Why did we start Blackbell Homes?

We started with a couple mates who were building houses through mainstay building companies and quickly discovered how much we were unnecessarily spending, with mark ups reaching 30% at times, we knew there had to be a better and cheaper way of running projects whilst benefitting the most important people in the process, you!

So, we did something different..

We opened a small housing company with big ideas and since then, we’ve built a platform and managed to tap into a market by being completely transparent with where your money is going and being spent. We have assembled a team that work quickly and efficiently to get your build over the line faster and cheaper. We want to give our clients a more personal experience that takes the stress and high costs out of building. Our mission at Blackbell Homes is to build good quality housing for affordable prices that build equity for you and your families future.

We don’t just build your new home; we’re with you for the whole process. We’ll support you from ‘finance to flowers in the garden!’ We have a strong relationship with mortgage brokers, land developers, architects and our reliable subcontractors.
